- Designed and built the organization website using WordPress CMS
- Implemented user management with different permission levels for staff and volunteers
- Set up and configured email accounts in Microsoft Outlook for efficient organizational communication
Project Manager / Volunteer (Nov 2022 – Dec 2023)
- Drafted and submitted 20+ grant proposals to support the organization’s programs
- Organized both physical and digital office files and documents for smooth operations
- Supervised volunteers involved in producing audio books for people with disabilities
- Organized audio book distribution programs to reach beneficiaries across Nepal
