Overview
From September to December 2025, I served as a mentor at INSPIRE Nepal 2025 — a 4-month program where I guided a development team building a livelihood tracking software for MCDS (Ministry of Communication and Digital Services / client organization).
My Role as Mentor
- Guided the team through the full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
- Facilitated Design Thinking workshops including empathy mapping and user persona definition
- Reviewed architecture decisions, code quality, and API design
- Coached the team on Agile sprint planning and delivery practices
- Shared practical experience from the INSPIRE apprenticeship and the Patient Navigator project
- Supported the team in navigating real-world client requirements and constraints
The Product
A livelihood tracking web application for MCDS, enabling the organization to monitor and manage livelihood programs and their beneficiaries. The system tracked program participants, activities, and outcomes to support data-driven decision making.
